Who is prohibited from working with people with disability?

Under the Disability Inclusion Act 2018, a person is prohibited from working with people with disability if:

  • they have been issued with a prohibition notice under the Act;
  • they are prohibited from working with people with disability under another Commonwealth State or Territory law;
  • they have been found guilty of a prescribed offence committed as an adult.
