Information sheets

When a tenancy agreement is entered into the landlord must also provide the tenant with an information brochure [Residential Tenancies Regulations 2010 r 4].

This explains the general rights and obligations of landlords and tenants under residential tenancy agreements in South Australia and also provides the names and addresses of agencies that can be approached for further information or assistance.

This information booklet, inspection sheets and all other forms mentioned can be obtained free of charge from sa.gov.au .
