Land Services SA (formerly the Lands Titles Office) holds all certificates of title over land electronically. A copy of the certificate of title for a parcel of land can be purchased online from the SA Integrated Land Information System (SAILIS) website or over the counter from Land Services SA. Duplicate certificates of title are no longer issued in South Australia, as part of the introduction of electronic conveyancing, and are no longer used as unregistered security for real property.
