Subject to the provisions of the Transplantation and Anatomy Act 1983 (SA) , the executor has responsibility for the disposal of the deceased's body, but a testator may have specific wishes in this regard, for example:
I wish to be cremated and to have my ashes spread over the Jones River, Jonesville.
