Obstructing a Visiting Tribunal

A prisoner who refuses to co-operate with a lawful request of a Visiting Tribunal exercising its powers under the Act, or who misbehaves before a Visiting Tribunal, is guilty of an offence and liable to a maximum penalty of a fine of $5000 or imprisonment for three months [Correctional Services Act 1982 s.41(2)].
